Who we are

Drover Lighting is a family-owned and operated holiday lighting business based in Fort Worth, Texas. Contact us at droverlighting@gmail.com or (817) 889-3107.

Information you provide

Our quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number, property address or ZIP code, property type, lighting interests, and project details. You may also choose to upload a property photograph. Please include only information relevant to your request.

How quote requests are handled

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, discuss your property, and prepare or manage a holiday lighting project. Submitted requests are recorded in the website’s WordPress form system and sent by email to Drover Lighting. Uploaded photographs may be included in that email notification.

Property photographs

Photo upload is optional. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 5 MB. Avoid including people, financial documents, identification, or other sensitive information. Images can contain location or other metadata; remove details you do not want to share before uploading.

Services that support the website

The site runs on WordPress with Namecheap EasyWP hosting and Forminator for quote requests. Quote notifications are delivered to our Gmail mailbox. Hosting, website-security, form, and email services process information needed to provide those functions. Their own privacy notices may also apply.

Technical information and cookies

Website and hosting systems may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs, to operate and protect the site. WordPress uses cookies for administrative sign-in. Additional tracking or embedded services should be reflected here if they are added.

Questions about your information

Contact droverlighting@gmail.com with questions about information you have submitted or to request a correction or removal. Include enough detail to identify the relevant request without sending sensitive information.

How long information is kept

The website’s current form settings retain quote submissions until they are manually deleted. Uploaded files are set to be deleted from the form system when their related submission is deleted. Deleting a website entry does not also delete copies already sent by email. The website also records outgoing email-delivery logs, which are currently set to be deleted after 14 days.
