Who we are

Information you provide
Our quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number and installation address (street, city, state and ZIP code). You may also share your property type, project category, lighting coverage, color preferences and custom color ideas, preferred installation period and additional notes. For customer-owned lights, we may ask about light type, previous installation, believed condition and removal needs. Returning customers may share design changes and service preferences. You may also choose to upload a property photograph. Please include only information relevant to your request.
How quote requests are handled
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, discuss your property, and prepare or manage a holiday lighting project. Submitted requests are recorded in the website’s WordPress form system and sent by email to Drover Lighting. Uploaded photographs may be included in that email notification.
Property photographs
Photo upload is optional. Upload a JPG, PNG, or WebP image up to 5 MB. Avoid including people, financial documents, identification, or other sensitive information. Images can contain location or other metadata; remove details you do not want to share before uploading.
Technical information and cookies
Website and hosting systems may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs, to operate and protect the site. WordPress uses cookies for administrative sign-in. The quote form uses a hidden honeypot field to help prevent automated spam submissions.
Questions about your information
Contact droverlighting@gmail.com with questions about information you have submitted or to request a correction or removal. Include enough detail to identify the relevant request without sending sensitive information.
How long information is kept
Quote requests that do not become jobs are kept for 12 months. Customer contact information, lighting layouts, color charts, and service history are kept while the customer relationship remains active. After three years of inactivity, records are reviewed and information no longer needed is deleted, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. This policy applies to WordPress submissions, uploaded files, and related emails. Retention reviews and deletion are handled manually; automatic deletion of quote or customer records has not been configured. When a WordPress submission is deleted, its related uploaded files are configured to be deleted from the form system. Related email copies must be reviewed and deleted separately. Outgoing email-delivery logs are automatically deleted after 14 days; these logs are separate from quote submissions and mailbox copies.
